Q2: CAN I PURCHASE PREVIOUS BOXES?
A2: Yes, you can purchase them in the Previous Boxes section here. Prices will be different from the subscription program.
Q3: WHEN DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS OUT EACH MONTH?
A3: If you have subscribed monthly, payments will be taken out on the 2nd – 3rd of each subsequent month.
For 3 and 6-month plans, these will be renewed in blocks of 3 or 6 months.
Q4: When Are YOUR BOXES Shipped?
A4: Boxes are sent out by the 5th of each month.
Q5: CAN I SKIP A RENEWAL?
A5: No, unfortunately you won’t be able to skip your renewal.
A6: If you are subscribed monthly, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal.
If you are subscribed to our 3 or 6 month plan, you can cancel anytime before your next 3 or 6 month renewal. All boxes within the current block will be sent out to you. This means if you are subscribed for Jan, Feb and March on a 3-month plan, and wish to cancel in Feb, we will continue to ship your Feb and March boxes to you. Your subscription will end after the March box.
Q7: I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY BOX YET!
A7: It usually takes between 7-10 working days for your box to be delivered once it’s sent out. Longer if you’re based overseas. We will always email you a tracking number so you can keep track of your box’s whereabouts. Please check all your delivery information before placing your order.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your box dispatches. All boxes that we have to ship out again due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery will incur a shipping charge of $7.00 outside the USA.
Q8: CAN I RETURN A BOX FOR A REFUND?
A8: Please note that once a box has been sent out, they are strictly not refundable, nor exchangeable.
If you are subscribed to the 3 or 6 month plan, we will not be able to partially refund you in the middle of this time period once your first box has shipped. You may cancel your subscription, but this will be effective after all boxes for your multiple months’ plan have been shipped out. We are however very open to any feedback, just email one of our friendly customer service reps here.
