HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING IF I BUY ONE-OFF ITEMS FROM YOUR E-SHOP?
Orders within the USA : Standard Shipping $7.95 (10-15 business days)
Orders outside of the USA : Standard Intl Shipping $27.95 (15-30 business days)
CAN I PURCHASE PREVIOUS MONTHS?
Yes, you can purchase them in the Previous Months section here. Prices will be different from the subscription program.
WHEN DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS OUT EACH MONTH?
If you have subscribed monthly, payments will be taken out on the 2nd – 3rd of each subsequent month.
For 3 and 6-month plans, these will be renewed in blocks of 3 or 6 months.
WHEN DO YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS SHIP?
Your set is sent out by the 5th of each month.
CAN I SKIP A RENEWAL?
No, unfortunately you won’t be able to skip your renewal.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you are subscribed monthly, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal.
If you are subscribed to our 3 or 6 month plan, you can cancel anytime before your next 3 or 6 month renewal. All orders within the current block will be sent out to you. This means if you are subscribed for Jan, Feb and March on a 3-month plan, and wish to cancel in Feb, we will continue to ship your Feb and March orders to you. Your subscription will end after March.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET!
It usually takes between 7-10 business days for your package to be delivered once it’s sent out. Longer if you’re based overseas. We will always email you a tracking number so you can keep track of your package's whereabouts. Please check all your delivery information before placing your order.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your package dispatches. All orders that we have to ship out again due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery will incur a shipping charge of $7.00 outside the USA.
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER FOR A REFUND?
Please note that once an order has been sent out, they are strictly not refundable, nor exchangeable.
If you are subscribed to the 3 or 6 month plan, we will not be able to partially refund you in the middle of this time period once your first package has shipped. You may cancel your subscription, but this will be effective after all packages for your multiple months’ plan have been shipped out. We are however very open to any feedback, just email one of our friendly customer service reps here.
